The rumors are coming thick and fast for what the new phone will look like ,on China's social networking site the image of the new Samsung went viral while in a Russian blogger says Samsung has snagged an exclusive run on Qualcomm’s incoming Snapdragon 845 CPU, which mean no handsets on the new platform in 2018.

Samsung used same trick in 2017 with the Galaxy S8/Galaxy S8+ phones, forcing others to run older silicon, it wasn’t too bad, but it doesn’t a high five from a marketing perspective.

So far we don't know anything about the power or performance of the Snapdragon 845 chipset, but we'd wager it won't be the only one Samsung uses, with a new Eryngoes chip likely headed to S9 handsets in some parts of the world.
